Transforming the Workplace

Discuss what you think about these matters.

           *  These key ideas matter most importantly because they are true. Business writer Seth Godin remarks ominously, “If you're the average person out there doing average work, there's going to be someone else out there doing the exact same thing as you, but cheaper.” When he says this it is important because this is so true. For example there are professional guys that cut the grass for like $50. There are also people like me that cut the same yards for $20. When the key points talk about curiosity it is very important. It talks about if you are curious or anxious with the job that you are doing you will work much harder and better. if you have curiosity in your work you will create something and could become an innovator.
           * Having technology is the best thing that has happened because it give you continuous information that can teach you. Technology gives us news about what the economy is who is each countries leader, or even just telling us about how to make or create things.
           * Being a self-directed learner is good because it shows that you do not need anyone to push you. If someone tells you to do something you do it and learn from doing and then become great at doing it then you become the teacher. These workers become very passionate for there job and become great at doing it. Which then leads to success in life.
           * You will become great at life if you get committed to what you want to do to succeed. No one is better than anyone, but that does not mean you can't be better at doing things to get to that higher level.
